Samantha
Samantha is 8 years old. When she was still very young, her father left the family because his parents did not approve of him marrying her mother. They belonged to different tribes. Since then, he has never been heard from again.
Samantha’s mother struggled to make ends meet and, when Samantha was four years old, she brought her to live with her grandmother. Samantha’s mother now works as a housekeeper in the city. With the little money she earns, she tries to care for both her mother and Samantha. This is becoming harder and harder, especially now that Samantha is growing older and school expenses continue to rise.
We would dearly love to help Samantha, and for that reason we are looking for a sponsor parent who can give her hope for a brighter future.
