Our impact

The circle of impact is wide

The school and clinic in Namugongo have a huge impact—on children, families, staff, the local community, and the nation.

Children
For more than 35 years, vulnerable children have been given the chance to go to school. With a diploma, many now have jobs and are making a difference in society.

Families
When one child goes to school, it transforms the entire family. Once that child finds work, they often support their whole family. The circle of impact grows far beyond one life.

Staff
100 staff members work at the school, all Ugandan, with stable incomes. Dozens of staff houses are built on campus, providing safe homes for them and their families.

Community
The clinic provides vital care for local people—medical treatment, maternity services, dental care, and clean drinking water.

The Nation
Hundreds of graduates now serve as lawyers, doctors, and skilled professionals, contributing to their country with knowledge and expertise.

Irene is now teaching at our school

Irene is one of our dedicated teachers. At age six, she came to us as an orphan. She was given the chance to go to school and continue her studies. Today, she is a teacher at our primary school, investing in the next generation.
