Akram
Akram is 6 years old. His mother became pregnant while she was still in school and had to leave her studies. His father worked as a boda-boda driver (motorcycle taxi driver). Akram’s parents lived together for some time, but because of frequent arguments and financial struggles, they eventually separated. Since then, his father has no longer helped with Akram’s care.
Akram now lives with his aunt. His mother works very hard and sends money to cover daily expenses, but it is not enough to provide for everything he needs, such as school fees and other essentials. An uncle sometimes helps with a little extra support.
Akram’s mother deeply wants her son to have a good future and the opportunity to go to school. That is why we are looking for a loving sponsor parent for Akram.
