Mildred is a cheerful girl of almost 4 years old. She has been through a lot in her young life. She does not know who her father is. Her mother was raped in one of the suburbs of Kampala. She fled from South Sudan and now lives with relatives. She doesn't have much money. She has no job and lives on refugee aid. This leaves her unable to care for Mildred and her other children.
