Emergency Aid
Uganda is still in lock down. The need among the population is growing. The Corona pandemic has exacerbated the situation for families, especially for those who where already in a difficult situation. In Uganda it's normal when you don't work, you don't get paid.
We help these families with the emergency aid. Your donation to the emergency aid contributes to:
- the payment of the salary of our 100 employees, so they and their families have enough to eat
- food aid to families where the need is great and hunger becomes part of everyday life
- contributions to school fees when schools reopen and parents are no longer able to pay school fees for their children.
The amount needed is difficult to estimate. This depends entirely on the duration of the lockdown. Until then, we take care of, as many families as possible, who need help.
